Very frustrated and upset

After I updated the last time, I had turn off my phone to charge; when I turned back on my phone... everything that I had purchased, everything that I built, was on level 60 that was gone. I put some much time n money into this game is completely gone!! I have yet to find somebody to help me restore it and its a shame because I love this game. If I have to restart from the beginning or even a level that I have to re-build everything, ill have to cut my losses.
