Where did my mountain go? FIX this please!

Ive been playing off and on for years and am on level 70 and with this new update, I lost access to the mountain. Looking at other reviews, I see Im not alone, though others have lost other things. I hope it can be fixed soon, or it may just be the excuse I need to leave the game for good.
