Great game, horrible bugs and terrible customer service

The game gets 5 Stars. It is great fun and has kept me happily occupied for close to 5 years.

But, the non-response from Beeline in addressing the corruption bugs loses them stars.

Over the past two+ months, many players have reported suddenly lost game progress and lost items bought for real money. Beeline has barely given a response to these serious issues and has no estimate on when to expect a bug fix.
